In 2024 I had an idea... what if we gave our puppets a dual personality!

Nina the Elf was built on Mani the Dancing Lads structure. I swapped Mani's head for an Elf-like  head  and the very talented Alison Hamilton created the costume from my initial design using repurposed materials. An effective  way to create a new puppet without having to recreate everything :)
